At Lamacaw Resort, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair to both our guests and the resort. Kindly read the policy carefully before making a reservation.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date and time
❖ No refund will be provided.
Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date and time
❖ 30% of the total booking tariff will be charged as a cancellation fee.
❖ The remaining amount will be refunded as per the refund policy.
Eligible refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days from the date of cancellation.
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used at the time of booking.
Any applicable bank or payment gateway charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
Bookings made for the following blackout dates are strictly Non-Cancellable and Non-Refundable:
Durga Puja: 17th October to 21st October (stay dates)
Christmas & New Year: 24th December to 3rd January (stay dates)
No cancellations, amendments, or refunds will be entertained for bookings during these periods under any circumstances.
No-shows will be treated as a cancellation and will be non-refundable.
Early check-out or unused nights will not be eligible for any refund.
The resort reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
